Descripción del trabajo

- Build, train and maintain a high performing Sales Consolidation team.
- Manage all the good stuffing and capacity of all export direct Consolidation boxes in working efficicency with warehouse people and all other vendors and resources.
- Product marketing consulting to help shape product development to support customer needs.
- Provide marketing report and raise report to Managing Director weekly.
- Provide monthly forecast and business plan
- Plan to advertise and introduce the companys services
- Sales target for new customers
- Coordinate with customer service team, operations team and accounting team to effectively deliver outstanding service to customers.
- Manage all sales activities, sales team to achieve monthly target.
- Coordinate with overseas agents to complete the work

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Business-loving, enthusiastic, dynamic, quick-witted, creative at work, with a sense of responsibility, perseverance, patience, thoughtfulness.
- Full experience about LCL and Consolidation …
- Understanding of Logistics / Import and Export of goods: 4-5 years experience in similar position.
- Agility, ability, communication, negotiation, persuasion
- Ability to work independently, and coordinate with a team, withstand high pressure at work.
- Having a work management mindset, the ability to manage, arrange time and handle situations.
- Friendly, sociable, able to adapt quickly.
- Graduated: University
- Communicating in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing for transaction work
