- Follow the Japanese Speciality Chef’s instructions to cook Japanese cuisine at the Hotel NIKKO Hai Phong. Follow the instructions of your superior to accomplish the assigned position work.
Ở khách sạn NIKKO Hải Phòng,bếp trưởng bếp Nhật sẽ hướng dẫn nấu các món ăn truyền thống của người Nhật Bản.Hãy làm theo hướng dẫn của cấp trên để hoàn thành vị trí công việc được giao.
- Ensure that the kitchen remains clean and thoroughly organised at all times.
Luôn đảm bảo khu vực bếp sạch sẽ và được sắp xếp kĩ lưỡng mọi lúc.
- Assist Japanese Speciality Chef to make daily menu and kitchen menu.
Hỗ trợ bếp trưởng nhà hàng Nhật để làm thực đơn hàng ngày và thực đơn nhà bếp.
- Strengthen the management of all kinds of equipment in kitchen,use reasonably,clean and maintain frequently.
Tăng cường quản lý tất cả các loại thiết bị trong nhà bếp ,sử dụng hợp lí,vệ sinh và bảo trì thường xuyên.
- Be sure to follow the SOP of Hishou kitchen.
Đảm bảo tuân theo các SOP của Bếp Nhật.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- 2 - 3 year experiences is preferred
- Good at reading and communication in Japanese.
- Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
- Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine.
- Significant experience in international hotel.
- Experience in team management.
- English: good communication skills.
- Leadership and well organized.
