- Receiving and inspecting raw materials: fruits, wine, syrup ...
- Ensure sufficient quantities of raw materials to serve customers during shifts.
- Put ice cubes in the container.
- Clean the utensils for preparation and make sure the bar area is clean.
- Peel the fruit, prune ornaments, prepare the juices.
- Making welcome drinks and prepare cold towel for FO.
- Receive order information from service personnel and conduct the preparation as required by the customer.
- Make sure drinks are prepared according to the formula, the standard amount of the drink or the request of the customer.
-With the bartender has the ability to show the mixing process must ensure the performance is done perfectly, without affecting the customer.
- Decorate eye-catching drinks, attract.
- Introduce to customers delicious, signature drinks that bar - hotel is serving.
- Advise customers to choose the right kind of drink.
- Clearly disclose the ingredients used to make the product known to the customer.
- Handle complaints of guests properly to guests satisfaction.
- Make sure the ingredients are properly stored in the correct temperature and environment.
- Wash the utensils used at the end of the working shift and maintain the proper position.
- When detecting chipping or damage, to report immediately to the Bar Heads for settlement.
- Co-ordinate ideas for drinks menu for bars - hotels.
- Actively participate in advanced training skills.
- Proactively propose ideas to improve service quality and improve mixing techniques.
- Coordinate with service staff, bar manager, management handle when guests request to cancel drinks.
- Support the work of the staff in the department when crowded.
- Reporting to management when a problem occurs.
- Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Basic English
- At least 1-year experience working as a barista/bartender
- Meet minimum age to serve alcohol according to existing laws
- Knowledge of drink, mixing tools and techniques
- Eye for detail and art
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
