Descripción del trabajo

- Actively sell and provide MICE, Banquet products ensures that space is fully utilized and maximizes departmental profits;

- Support supervisors in monitor the Sales Team’s business activities to achieve the target MICE, banquets revenue;

- Manage and update database of clients, BEO…; handle requests and take care group;

- Assist in preparing annual operating budget together with F&B Director/Manager;

- Assist in finding and developing new clients for corporate events or personal functions;

- Assist in providing strategies and executing sales plans of products and services to potential customers;

- Assist supervisors in tracking and analyzing competitors’ menus and products;

- Proceed sales call visits and take care clients;

- Support all events go smoothly and problems are fixed as soon as possible;

- Actively attend activities related to sales events;

- Provide sales and lead reports, analyze event success and prepare reports as required by supervisors;

- Other tasks related;

Requerimiento de trabajo

- College or bachelor degree from an accredited in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

- A minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality industry; 2 years in a similar position

- Proven records of corporate/wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction

- Good understanding of corporate/wholesales key accounts and seasons

- Able to understand and prepare proposals and contracts for all market segments

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

- Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts

- Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure

- Strategic planning skills

- Analytic ability

- Good management skills

- Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills

- Good computer skill (Word, excel, powerpoint, ...)

- Experience in tourism sales

- Have relationships with travel companies
