Descripción del trabajo

• Filling documents for Petty cash, banking, purchase, and vouchers.

• Recording purchasing services invoices/out-stock form daily.

• Recording bank transactions.

• Making payment – receipt cash voucher.

• Supporting documents preparation for making payment.

• Other tasks assigned by leader.

• Working time: from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 17 PM.

Requerimiento de trabajo

• YOB: 199x

• Self-motivated & able to work independently

• Effective communication/coordination

• Professional, careful, self-starter, integrity, and honest.

• High responsibility, hard-working, eager to learn, and good personality

• Capable of working under high pressure.

• Have experience using FAST software

• 01-year accounting experience in a commercial company (freshmen are welcomed)

• Good in excel skills, creative thinking

• Intermediate in English (Writing, Speaking)
