Job description

- Conduct transfer payment orders for the company and customers;
- Process daily documentation including payment orders, loan drawdown, loan payment, time deposit documents, and other documents;
- Monitor loan repayment and time deposit maturity;
- Monitor interest rate change including loan interest and deposit interest;
- Manage the banking accounts: maintain sufficient balance for settlement;
- Do survey deposit interest rates periodically;
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as per SSC’s regulation and request by BOM;
- Review and update related SOPs;
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance.

Job requirement

- Graduated from University, with a major related to Economics.
- Having knowledge of finance, securities, and current legal regulations on capital business - at securities companies
- Having knowledge of finance, securities, and current legal regulations on capital business at securities companies
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with colleagues and other stakeholders;
- Good English, Chinese;
- Banking or accounting background preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- At least 01 years of experience in the Finance field.
