Job description

Provide end to end accounting support to multiple offshore clients.

• Prepare monthly account analysis/reconciliations of all corporate general ledger accounts.

• Manage intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.

• Prepare with high level of accuracy all relevant bank reconciliations.

• Perform invoice coding for non-standard payments.

• Research month end expense variances to budget and tally previous year expenses.

• Ensure internal controls are establish and observed.

• Assist in the preparation of compliance and annual external audit.

• Facilitate audit schedules to support the annual external audit.

• Facilitate audits required by third parties such as vendors, customers, taxing authorities, etc.

• Provide additional analysis and financial support to regional and corporate business partners.

• Leadership as needed, for standard and ad hoc reporting requirements.

• Work with managements to help resolve questions regarding financials

Job requirement

University degree in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• 5+ years’ experience in Finance Reporting, Taxation and Auditing

• Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably, MS Teams, SAP Quickbooks, NetSuits or Xero and a likes.

• A strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and

regulations.

• Experience working in ad-hoc projects related to ERP software implementation.

• Very good written and oral communication skills.

• Team Player and Collaborate well with others.

• Work with less supervision and has the ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Exhibits high attention to details.

• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas.
