Job description

MyTeam is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting our customers by ensuring that patients are promptly and successfully scheduled for all directed treatment referrals. As a critical member of our customer service team, this role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, comfortable spending most of their time on the phone and driven to find positive solutions to issues and challenges.
* Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and successfully address treatment referrals from Attorneys and Providers.
- Work directly with Providers to ensure that patients are scheduled for their treatment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Able to build rapport with both law firms and physician offices.
- Update files as directed on a computer.
- Proactively inform law firm of their client’s appointment date.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job requirement

- Bachelor’s in English/ Administration or related field preferred or an Associates plus equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate international customers.
- Experience in a customer-centric call-center environment.
- Previous medical or scheduling background preferred.
- Bilingual strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to sit and be on the phone for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to type 45 wpm.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines between different duties.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication skills.
