Job description

*Overview: In charge of machinery and equipment on Line, management of improvement items, new product, daily meeting and deploy work for team’s maitenance, Contact and support other departments to handle problems
* Content of job responsibility
- Management OEE machine status；
- Machine reliability management、Make a plan to buy the machine
- Management 5S、IE、NSPS...
- System standards ISO9001、ISO45000、ISO14000；
- Conduct training, testing and evaluation of PE worker
- Put new products into productiont；
- Put improving machine；
- Monthy report；
- Follow the manager’s requests and make reports
- Arrange for a calibration & inspection plan according to the plan
- In charge of repair machinery used in production；
- Support colleagues, complete other tasks assigned by superiors.。
* Job authority
- Have the right to direct work, coordinate & to check the achievements of subordinates in the department
- Provide new items that need improvement, and have the right to inspect and supervise
- Have the right to propose new machinery & techniques into production
- Have the right to inspect and approve the drawings
* Critical item of work inspection
- Promptly maintained and repaired the machine；
- To promote improvement items；
- Check the capacity and amount of work of team members；

Job requirement

- Education background：Graduated from Technical University or related
- Working experience： 1-2 years working experiences in PE department in industry zone.
- Specific skills： Proficiency in English
- Proficient use of 3D design software (Solidwork, Inventer,…) .
- Make plan & Skill of analysis and solve problem.
