Job description

- Translate all sample comments, technical requirements, customer standards to Vietnamese and guide the Sewing Team Members to follow quality standards. Ensure sample delivery on time.
- Attend to the pre-sample meeting and risk assessment meetings to highlight & suggest simple and feasible sewing methods for operations; and explain to the Sewing Team Members.
- Follow the fit and pre-production (PP) sewing to maintain each customer’s quality standards and achieve 95% FIT Approval & 100% PP/ TOP sample approval monthly.
- Follow and maintain 5s requirements, production input & output to ensure the achievement the target efficiency.
- Control and maintain the quality standards in sewing line and keep necessary records.
- Provide the technical solution, innovation methods for the day-to-day issues to Sample Team Members, and Sample Room Supervisors.

Job requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in Garment Technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge in Garment Manufacturing Process, sewing machine
- Communication skills, supervisory skills, sewing skill
- Problem solving skill
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
