Job description

* Job Description:
- To manage the MEP section during the design stage and tender stage of projects.
- To manage and monitor all authority activities related to the MEP section, such as Infrastructure Connection Agreement, Power Connection Agreement, PCCC Design Appraisal, Telecommunication & IBS Agreement...
- To support MEP Site PM and the Operations department with MEP design issues, testing, and commissioning if requested.
- To lead the operation of the MEP section, including:
+ Proposing yearly working plans and arrangements for the MEP section to the management board.
+ Amending MEP document stations, such as design guidelines, construction guidelines, and lessons learned.
+ Studying and updating new techniques, brands, and design trends, and proposing suitable ones for projects.
+ Providing training to young/new MEP engineers on design and tender management work.
+ Chairing the MEP weekly meeting to help site MEP engineers resolve their site issues and update lessons learned accordingly.

Job requirement

- MEP Manager’s Role Experience:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an MEP Manager in roles such as a main contractor, design consultant, or QS consultant.
- Project Type Experience:The candidate should have experience in at least 2 project types, preferably high-rise buildings or complex buildings such as condominiums, offices, mixed-use complexes, shopping centers, and townhouses.
- English: Specialized Level (Able to communicate effectively with Japanese Directors).
