Job description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategy development & implementation

- Implement and oversee learning & development strategy that are aligned from opco level

- Drive people development plan, execute in place & measure effectively

- Work with People BP/stake holders to make sure that people development plan are aligned with Strategy Workforce Planning (SWP)

2. People & Organization Development:

- Work closely with stakeholders to define learning & development needs, FC assessment, training plan/budget, and manage the training delivery and Personal

- Development Plan, Heineken Functional competence.

- Roll-out development program from opco to local & make sure that are aligned & well-implemented

- Be active & critical in working with business stakeholders in related to learning and development plans

- Ability to deliver training course as required (leadership, soft skills, induction program…)

- Promote & engage people in E-Learning system (LXP) & Be able to apply digital or take lead for any improvement in daily operation

- Take part in people development projects (Talent Development, Team leader/Specialist/Technician Development..)

3. Culture building:

- Implement the plan & initiatives event/campaign to promote HEINEKEN behaviors at local

- Conduct climate survey deep dive & action plan at local to make sure that all improvements & priorities are implemented

- Foster & embed Lear, share & reapply culture a learning and sharing culture by facilitating employee collaboration and knowledge sharing through learn, share & reapply activities.

Job requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as L&D role or similar

- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role

- Strategic thinking, critical thinking, good communication & presentation, influence & stake holder management skills

- Driven for result, hard working, good following up.

- Fluent in English speaking & writing

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), design skills in an advantage.

- Digital & Facilitation skills are the plus
