- Study Sample in next week/Nghiên cứu mẫu vào tuần tớ
- Study Operation Breakdown with Sample/Nghiên cứu phân tích hoạt động với mẫu
- Prepare Layout & get approving/Chuẩn bị bố cục và nhận phê duyệt
- Prepare Machines requirement & submit for Maintenance/Chuẩn bị yêu cầu về Máy và gửi để Bảo trì
- Operator Allocation for Layout with Technician and Supervisor/Phân bổLayoutvới kỹ thuật viên và tổ trưởng
- Prepare training plan/Chuẩn bị kế hoạch đào tạo
- Arrange layout & feeding document/Sắp xếp bố cục & tài liệu cho rải chuyền
- Capacity & Yamazumi in second day/Công suất & Yamazumi trong ngày thứ hai bắt đầu sản xuất
- 1st 3 day follow up, critical operation follows up/Theo dõi 3 ngày đầu tiên
- Multi skill & upgrading/ Chuẩn bị thi nâng bậc nghề cho thành viên

Job requirement

- Over 1 year experience in Garments Technology.

- Communication and Negotiation Skills

- Time management

- Team work

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Problem solving Skills
