Job description

- College/BA degree, prefer major in HR-GA.

- Have Knowledge about wage of government and wage – bonus policies of company.

- Have knowledge about labor market and wage policies of peers with business.

- Have skill summary – analysis – evaluation labor market/ wage

- Have experience to survey wage on the market and have knowledge about process evaluation of consultant and related market reports.

- Have skill to control staffs and their jobs to avoid mistake.

- Follow Manager’s instruction to archive section’s target.
