Job description

Tilling Timber is a Timber wholesaler specializing in engineered wood products. We are seeking an Estimator/Designer with some experience in timber construction.
* Job Summary:
- Primary role will be reading & interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to estimate quantities and values as part of our quotation process. We will provide the software and systems training.
* BENEFITS:
- 13th Month bonus payment.
- Cash bonus KPI targets as outlined in onboarding documentation, and then each annual performance review paid in June each year.

Job requirement

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, background in Civil (Engineer) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to do with AUTO-CAD, REVIT is a plus.
- Ability to operate independently or with a crew.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Previous on-the-job training is a big plus.
- Ability to understand, read, and speak English
