Job description

• Doing research, analytics in order to understand user insights after fully understand the company’s product, from there also, conduct research to understand competitor and market insights

• Capture user needs to influence product roadmaps, business strategies, and user engagement models (Online channels and digital tools)

• Plan and run go-to-market (GTM) activities

• Managing SMS/Email/Push communications to users to drive more engagement and revenues from app.

• Campaign planning and end to end execution to ensure top notch results and high transactions.

• Planning communications including SMS/ Email & Push to keep the users engaged and better transactions.

• Plan and executing campaigns to boost the total user base and increase app downloads (CPI = Cost Per Install).

• Partnerships of user growth.

• Set up tests and provide reporting on adoption initiatives and testing outcomes

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on the production of materials including: videos, graphic design, events, website content, social posts, and thought leadership.

Job requirement

• At least 3 years of experience with internet, ecommerce experience, international or global scope, great product marketing experience or related experience, B2C preferred

• Experience developing product positioning and messaging, and building effective presentations to tell a compelling story

• Supported product adoption/usage through well-executed marketing and go-to-market activities

• Translated customer, market, industry, experience data, and site or app data into actionable insights

• Mobile apps experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and desire for continuous improvement.
