Job description

- Checking and reviewing planning, design documents.

- Check drawings, design statement. Check design accuracy and optimization.

- Control the drawings of the Design Consultant and issue construction drawings for the site.

- Receive and process design-related information during construction from the PMU: Change in function, change in design and design solutions and other problems related to construction.

- Translate documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa, interpret as needed.

- Other tasks as required by manager/director.

- Professional experiences in real estate business in terms of design works.

Job requirement

- University Degree; at least 5-year experience working at an equivalent position

- Good problem-solving skill

- Good communication skills, fluent English communication skill in both written and verbal

- Good working attitude, responsible, proactive, hard-working

- Ability to work under pressure

- Have teamwork spirit

- To make development plans for design work with business team

- Professional experiences in real estate business in terms of design works.
