Job description

* Requirements:
1. Experience Requirement:
- Design & Build management, engineering, with degree & working certificate combined with a minimum of five years’ work experience in the design & build management world.
- Can demonstrate effective written communication skills.
- Articulate, polished, and poised – able to carry on an engaging conversation with others in an outwardly focused way.
- Demonstrated high performance and initiative that is complimentary.
- Shows an interest outside of himself/herself and outside of the work environment that demonstrates a connection to and understanding of the world around him/her.
- Candidate must possess a strong background in preconstruction process, planning, and design phase management and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

2. Education Requirement:
- Good communication in English is preferred.
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project).
- Practising Certificate for Architect.
