Job description

- Manage the Purchasing order/ demand from website or mail from overseas customer.
- Make the shipping plan based on the request from customer, discuss with production team to check for information: capacity, current stock,… to meet customer demand.
- Prepare the docs for the declaration: Invoice, packing list, cooperate with import-export team to dispatch shipment on time.
- Manage the debit delivery cost monthly & arising fee.
- Follow up & control the shipping status for each project.
- Do work under the direction of the director
- Make the report as the order from manager.
- Solve issues with customers about shipping issues.
- Join the meeting/ conference call with overseas customer.

Job requirement

- English 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Having knowledge about import and export is an advantage
