Job description

● Support Google customers for online marketing and campaigns on Google My Business.
● Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with Google My Business
● Manage the relationship between Google and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
● Act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to Google.
● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

Job requirement

• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Preferable 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role OR experience in coaching, training, or educating in a sales environment.
• Good command of English and native language.
• Experience in customer service or sales.

Job benefit

RM3800 – RM4400 + (RM 500 KPI Incentive)
= 900USD - 1100 USD + ( 125USD KPI Incentive)
Working hours - Monday to Friday

Outpatient RM600 for 1-year contract
Hospitalization RM20K & RM120 (per bed)

Minimum Degree or 2 years experience in arelated field
