Job description

JOB DETAIL:
This position will support superiors to operate and controll process of PVC resin production in DCS systems & Build up document system for operation, details as:

  • Participate in Production Line:
    - Operate DCS system: batch entry, SEQ operation, alarm checking, control equipment related to DCS system.
    - Follow up DCS process condition, record operation parameter and report to Supervisor/ Manager.
    - Analyze problem to find the cause and provide solutions to Supervisor/ Manager.
    - Cooperate with Operators to solve problem or do some urgent jobs if requested.
    - Work overtime as job requirement and assigned by Supervisors/ Manager.
    - Keep PPE in good condition and wear it properly during working.
  • Development:
    - Continuously study and provide measures to optimize production processes.
    - Propose for safer, better working condition and process operation improvement.
  • Participate in company activities:
    - Willing to join 5S, KAIZEN, ISO, Safety Contest and other company activities.
    - Join Emergency Response Team (ERT) that follows the Companys Emergency Response Plan.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Age: Under 30 years old.
  • Graduated from University/ Major in Chemical: Organic Chemistry, Petrochemical, Polymer...
  • Good at English, can communicate in English frequently
  • Good at MS office package.
  • Highly responsibility, cooperate in working.
  • Good health.
