Job description

- Build to Business strategies in accordance with the objectives of the Company.

- Develop business strategies in the domestics markets and worldwide: USA markets, Middle East Market,…

- Make a plan for research and trade show or advertisement of domestics and international.

- Promote products of company to international business trend.

- Organize the implementation of business plans, management of business section to achieve business targets assigned by month / quarter / year.

- Market research to maximize & optimize business opportunities.

- Manage the customer portfolio, build and develop the customer, set up the customer system strategy, potential customers and customer care.

- Forecasts of monthly and quarterly sales and forecasts of potential customers as well as market penetration into competitors.

- To propose and organize the promotion and branding of the company to international customers.

- Coordinate with the relative sections in monitoring the progress of business smoothly

- Coordinate with the Accounting Department in monitoring the progress of payment and recovery of debts.

- Responsible for building, training, developing and guiding business members. Carry out short courses on product and sales skills for employees.

- Provide trustworthy feedback of the customer.

- Be consultant to CEO about the business development orientation and strategies.

- Attend annual conference with oversea Network/Association on behalf of ALC.

- Participate in the development and compliance with the company policies, rules, and regulations.

- Report on business results weekly, monthly and quarterly with the CEO.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Job requirement

- Bachelor or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign trade,…

- Have extensive knowledge of international business administration.

- Good knowledge of the furniture industry.

- Knowledge of marketing and sales activities in the field of furniture exports.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Management skills, problem solving, organization of effective work.

- Good at English 4 skills

- Strategic Planning Skills.
