Job description

* Management of Construction Record
- As-Built Schedule Recording / Revised
- Management of Construction Progress / Database
- Report of Construction Progress
- Record of Construction Site Situation by Photo / Video
* Management of Quality Control
- QC Inspection of Architectural / Civil Construction
- Inspect of Material QC condition and Quantities
- Inspection of Material Factory
- Check the Construction Result and Compare the Drawings
- Report of Quality Control (Daily, Monthly)
- TCVN Standard Check and Apply on site
* Management of Cost Control
- Compare the estimate Sheet of contract
- Check the Cost Index of Construction (Material, Labor)
- Calculate of the Construction Result / History
- Integrate of Constuction Quantities
* Work place: Working at the company’s project, LG Innotek V3 project site, Trang Due Industrial Park, Hong Phong commune, An Duong district, City. Hai Phong

Job requirement

- Attitude of diligence and honesty
- Fluent in English to communicate
- Work experience over 10 years in Construction and Planning Part
- Skill of Excel / Powerpoint / CAD / MS-Project
- Prefer High-Tech Clean Room Factory experience(LG Display / Samsung)
