Mô tả công việc

- Receiving and proposing new ideas for advertising and event activities as the approved Marketing plans
- Responsible for planning approved ISP ideas (color, layout, image, text) and complying with the deadline.
- Working with suppliers in the selection of printing materials.
- Monitoring suppliers in printing production of ISP products complying with the deadline.
- Carrying out the construction of advertising, decoration (inside and outside) products by guidelines, and building ISP standard instruction as assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Conducting market surveysand researching competitors to propose new ideas contributing to developing quality advertising publications and increasing customer attraction at supermarkets.
- Supporting decoration design for promotions and events in store as required by Marketing Manager
- Proposing ideas and sketching the mascot as required by Marketing Manager
- Supporting ideas and designing marketing products and other materials required by the company’s business activities.
- Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager/Marketing Design Supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: University or College graduate of a three/four-year course in design marketing or related field or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in design with retailers (hypermarket, supermarket) or FMCG companies or marketing experience with a related company sector.
- Knowledge:Basic understanding of retail market, marketing and management principles.
- Skills: Must have good temperament/disposition, attentive listener, must know how to communicate clearly, and understand ISP design requirements. The ability to use computer graphic design programs (such as unlimited Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) is a must-have, as office programs (and database is an advantage)
- Personality: Creative, details person, assertive, sociable, tactful, cooperative, reliable, flexible. Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and under pressure
