Mô tả công việc

- Familiar with the rules of cross-border e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair, Houzz, etc.), responsible for the operation and security of platform accounts, controlling product risks, and avoiding various security issues (Amazon, Overstock，Wayfair，Houzz).
- Formulate operational plans and release products on e-commerce platforms.
- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the website or application, including updating pages, editing product information.
- Familiar with the Salsify content management system , add and maintain the data accuracy.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs, preferences, and interests to develop and create relevant and compelling A+ content.
- Optimize content by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page optimization tactics, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Understand the related key performance details and metrics for each channel, improve content score, keeping a healthy account.
- Communicate with the US content team members to solve abnormal issues.
- Deal with customer complaints and after-sales service issues related to content operations in order to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist supervisor to draft and update SOPs accordingly.
- Cooperate with the team to complete other related work.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Familiar with the rules, operation skills and transaction process of cross-border e-commerce platforms (Amazon, overstock, wayfair, houzz, etc.), experience in cross-border e-commerce operations is preferred (Amazon, Overstock，Wayfair，Houzz).

- Fluent English skills, majors are not limited.

- Strong logical thinking, strong communication and understanding skills.

- Keen market insight, good data collection, statistics and analysis skills.

- Good planning, promotion and project execution capabilities.

- Love the foreign trade e-commerce industry, serious work, strong sense of responsibility, honest and simple character, positive attitude and dedication.

- Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
