Mô tả công việc

- Manage the delivery contract, as well as the payment of 21 delivery stores, 5 depots, and 22 Logistics Service Providers.
- Manage all delivery KPIs (Fillrate, Ontime, Cost, LSP Performance) and budget reports.
- Analyze and bid for Delivery service including B2B & B2C Scope.
- Support the store with the implementation and improvement of the delivery process.
- Analyze delivery figures and propose solutions for improving delivery service.
- Keep communication with the delivery store team to monitor action implementation.
- Maintain effective communication with stores regarding the delivery operation.
- Coordinate with the LSP to meet the required standard operation.
- Collaborate with other departments (Procurement, Controlling, Sales, Finance, Legal,IT...)to obtain support for the delivery operation.
- Assist the National Delivery Manager in coordinating implementation and steering the country’s profitably growing delivery service.
- Support delivery team at store with the system (LMS, CCOD) if necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in Logistics or related field required.
- At least 02 years of related experience required (Logistics/ Transporation)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to write clear reports, communicate findings, and articulate proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
