WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.

You are also required to perform these job functions:
● Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s AdWords (PPC) campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc. ; Help create and implementation of PPC strategies including keyword research and analysis
● Manage, detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives
● Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell and sustainability; Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation, create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
● Preferably a knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
● Is able to handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls.
● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field; for Diplomas you should have at least 5 years of full-time experience
• At least from 2 years of full-time experience in sales and/or online marketing
• Is analytical and has a logical mindset
• Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
• Works in an organized and structured manner
• Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs
• Speaks native Vietnamese language, good at English
