Jobbeschreibung

* Main Task

Develop engineer and integrate components
Follow user experience guidelines
Aware of and address known security vulnerabilities, applying security by design
Shape documentation
Provide advanced, component technical support
Resolve issues prior to and following testing

* Daily work

Work on customers real system, thereby generalizing into processes, standards, platforms, and frameworks to apply to products.
Analyze and recommend continuous improvement in terms of features, performance, reliability, and accuracy of Magestore products.
Coordinate with other departments in communicating and understanding customer needs.
Building and implementing Magestore solutions for mid- to large-scale retailers around the world.
Develop different solutions with the team to suit the specific customer’s business operation.

* Working environment

Full-time: from Monday to Friday.
Remote working, completely remote communication via chat and video call with both company and customers.
Working in Agile team: Autonomous and Align with Magestore objective
Ready to work in international time zones.
Ready to communicate with C-Suite level customers of retail business.
