Jobbeschreibung

- Responsible for payment to vendors (check informtaion of invoice, unit price, cost center,…)

- Responsible for bailing expense (reimburs., electricity, warehouse, labour service)

- Responsible for advance money and reimbursement of business trip

- Recording vendor invoices of PV

- Clearing docs number 33502500

- Providing payment documents for the bank to transfer money on time

- Chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp (kiểm tra thông tin hóa đơn, đơn giá, cost center,…)

- Chịu trách nhiệm về chi phí bảo lãnh (hoàn trả, điện, kho bãi, dịch vụ lao động)

- Chịu trách nhiệm về lệnh tạm ứng tiền và chi phí đi công tác

- Ghi nhận hóa đơn nhà cung cấp của đề nghị thanh toán

- Xử lý hồ sơ số 33502500

- Cung cấp chứng từ thanh toán cho ngân hàng để chuyển tiền đúng hạn

Stellenanforderung

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting

- 0-1 year working experience in accountant position.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook is required

- Can communication in English

- Experience using the SAP system would be an advantage/a plus.

- Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, proactive and sense of commitment.
