* Campaign Management

- Execute campaigns and events, collect preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintain market share and assist in campaign effectiveness analysis.

* Loyalty Management

- Assist in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.

* Customer Lifetime Measurement

- Collect and summarize customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation analysis.

* Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning

- Translate and execute customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers.

* General Marketing Operations

- Gather, manage and organize data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.

Stellenanforderung

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications

- Marketing and Advertising code of conduct
