Jobbeschreibung

- Handle over the Cup, Can, Tooling design in clear Classification, File, Update etc

- Contribute to High Precise tooling management to reach Can design perfectly, incl geometry profile and Forming points of product basing on theMetal EconomicPrinciple;

- Handle over all measurement gauges in well status with clear mark & record and support QC team to calibration on the Third authority Part as calibration schedule;

- Handle over all forming tooling in system and in correct and make sure it can meet up Production capacity demands, related Cupper tooling, BM tooling, TM tooling, Necker tooling etc, incl:

+ Daily Tooling replacement record of BM and Necker and Analysis on abnormal;

+ Monthly Tooling maintenance, incl Redraw Sleeve, Toolpack, Necker Tooling etc;

+ Monthly Grinding Schedule;

+ Daily tooling handle over, Clean, Measure, grinding, preparation prior etc

+ Inventory statistic, Tooling order, Tooling scrap, Tooling Trial etc;

+ Yearly Cupper Dieset maintenance;

+ Necker tooling gradually Renew/Rebuilt to achieve well performance;

- Work close with Front End, Middle End, Back End engineers to evaluate actual tooling performance and make the improvement solution;

- Every month review Tooling inventory to Balance consumption and inventory level and Analysis Tooling cost

+ Tooling report with analysis

- Assist Others Engineers to achieve Product and Equipment in well performance under tooling normal application;

- Be responsible to Guide, Training, Evaluate Area Technician to help Knowledge got and growth in soon

- Assist Product department to Guide, Training Area Operators to operate in correct and efficiency to follow:

+ Clean-Up schedule,

+ Replacing, Repairing, Troubleshooting

+ General Work instruction;

- “Cross Department/Area” cooperation with Pro, QC&QA, Purchasing to solve:

+ Defect of Product quality;

+ Failure of equipment;

+ Material quality;

+ Spare quality;

Stellenanforderung

- Mechanic- University of technology

- Office-Auto Cad- Basic English

- Used to work at TBC, Crown, ABI companies
