* In this position, you will work for SCG Packaging (SCGP). Your role will be as an HR solution consultant for SCGP’s companies in Vietnam in HR fields.
* In detail, your roles are:
- Perform On Job Training (OJT) in all systems of HR, that include: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Manpower budgeting and Labor relations with SCGP’s HR Country management team.
- Ensure overall HR implementation plans and activities of SCGP’s companies in Vietnam to comply with Vietnam Government and local legal requirements.
- Ensure HR policies of SCGP’s companies are aligned with SCGP’s ones.
- Be the center of information between HR of SCGP’s companies in Vietnam and SCGP.
* The career path of this position shall be settled into 2 phases:
- Phase 1: Fixed-term contract (1 year) with SCGP (based in Bangkok, Thailand)
- Phase 2: A permanent position in SCGP’s companies in Vietnam (based in business locations of SCGP in Vietnam; will be settled after phase 1)

Stellenanforderung

- Education background: At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business or related fields.
- Working experiences: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR field
* Competencies/Skills;
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Fluent in English skills, and advantage for Thai language skills
