Jobbeschreibung

- Handle customers’ inquiries, quotations, and overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.

- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s.

- Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about the operation

- Updating weekly report (volume, revenue, updating status of picking up D/O, etc.).

- Update complain from customer to Korean manager based on weekly

- Graduated from College, University, majoring in foreign trade, maritime or related

- Working full time

- Have experience in the import and export industry, especially in documents for FWD.

- Good in reading, listening and speaking (English)

- Professional training and capacity development

- Participate in a full package of insurance according to VN law

- Annual salary increase consideration and approval

- Annual travel

- Bonus according to seniority

- 12 days annual leave
