Jobbeschreibung

- Assist accounting manager located in Japan to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
- Handle fixed assets, costing and inventory management.
- Handle accounting daily operation and all taxation issues.
- Input accounting transaction in our accounting software (FAST) both English & Vietnamese.
- Coordinate with warehouse and monitor all in/out transactions.
- Documents filing and checking.
- Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables.
- Arrange bank payment and submission of documents to government department or accounting consultant.
- Ensure adequate controls and review of all accounting activities and schedules including cash/bank, inventory, debtors, creditors, credit limits, fixed assets, inter company balances, sales and expenses, etc…
- Prepare and provide the analysis reports, finance reports to the BOD in accordance with VAS and IFRS and other required relevant reports to the authority.
- Comply with the policies of the company and Acc dept.
- Maintains strong relationships and able to dialogues independently on Accounting/Finance matters with other Acc offices of group.
- Identify and implement new process plan to improve the working process, save time and save cost.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.

*** Work location: Hoa Mac IP, Duy Tien, Ha Nam.

*** Date of working: Mon-Fi, 7:30- 16:30, 2 Sat off/month.

*** Company bus provided: Ha Noi->> Ha Nam.

Stellenanforderung

- University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Holder of Certificate of Chief Accountant.
- Language: can use English for work (MUST).
- Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, also using of accounting software FAST.
- At least 7-10 years solid experience in factory accounting, EPE is preferable.
- Knowledge of factory production accounting and inventory (raw materials, work-inprocess and end products) management.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Honest, careful, detailed mind and strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Be able to work independently and under high pressure. Self-organized, quality and detail oriented.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and work with overseas offices.
