Mô tả công việc

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints
  • Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes
  • Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers
  • Other duties as assigned by a team leader
  • WORKING TIME:
    For Offline staff: 8 am - 5:30 pm, lunch break 1.5h, from Monday - Friday and Saturday morning (Work from home)
    For Online Staff: 14-18h, 20-24h (flexible - 100% work from home)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • Proficient in English writing and reading (Ielts above 6.0 or equivalent)
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability, initiative
  • Stress tolerance
  • No experience is required, full training from the beginning
  • Priority to fresh graduates with long-term commitment (work for at least 6 months)
