Mô tả công việc

- Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up with Customers for samples and test reports.
- Prepare Check list as per buyer norms / protocols
- Send test report to customers
- Interface with customers job status, and handle enquiries
- Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations
- Follow the samples status from subcontract
- Be responsibility for activities in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by the Manager.
- Report all activities to Lab Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or its equivalent
- Experience in Furniture industry with at least 1 years relevant experience in testing service
- Knowledge of testing and ISO17025 is an added advantage
- English communication with B level or equivalent,
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
