* Job Description:

- Verify the opening/closing timings of all shopping centers and tenants to ensure everything is well prepared.

- Inspect the daily operations of outsourced services, tenant support, and customer services.

- Carry out tasks related to supervising and coordinating activities at the SORA SC project, including receiving, classifying, coordinating, and reporting information. Update property, landscape, hygiene, security, insect, customer, and service data as per the available format.

- Review quotations and submit contracts with quality and reasonable costs.

- Monitor and compile statistics. Check supplies, equipment, replacements, and backup equipment.

- Communicate and coordinate with service providers to resolve issues.

- Summarize and periodically report on SORA SC operational activities.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

*Working time:

- Shift 1: 7:30~15:30 (8 hours working including rest)

- Shift 2: 14:00~22:00 (8 hours working including rest)

- Shift 3: 11:00~19:00 (8 hours working including rest)

- 6 days off/month
