Mô tả công việc

- Controls & supervises to ensure all accounting works in conformity with laws and standards on accounting .
- Manages & provides guidance related to accounting works for G/L, AR, AP, FA, Payroll, Stock, Cashier .
- Generates reports and analysis on accounting (P/L, B/S, C/F...), banking and taxes on time and exactly .
- Do the forecasting and budgeting.
- Contact and negotiate with the government authorities, banks, external auditors, customers…
- Controls the validity and legal compliance of payment documents and procedures.
- Inventory control: Conduct physical inventory and analyze stock levels; do the reconciliation inventory account between Sub and General ledge; revaluate stock and make inventory report monthly.
- Review and analyze the spending and cost (cost of material, tool, inventory, labor and indirect etc.) at each dept and financial point of view and feedback to responsible divisions for managing them.
- Analyze cost components and variances comparing actual cost vs. standard cost.
- Performs cost accounting, producing costing report.
- Carry out and maintain product price and cost in computer system.
- Manage and control the product cost allocation for each section, division.
- Calculates production costs and profitability of each kind of product.
- Forecasting cost for new models
- Allocate manufacturing cost to each product.
* Working place: Dinh Vu IP, Hai An, Hai Phong.
* Transportation from Hai Phong and Quang Yen (Quang Ninh).
* Date/time of working: MON-FRI, 8:00- 17:00, and work 1 SAT/month.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education – University degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Business Management or other related majors.
- Work experience: 10 years of experience in finance accounting in which 05 years work as Manager level.
- Chief Accountant certificate.
- Exposure to Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounting and Costing in SAP.
* Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Independent working ability & good leadership skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good at English communication skill: Can make reports, presentation, discuss and work with headquarter corporation and other oversea units.
- Able to work under pressure environment.
