Mô tả công việc

* Job Description:
- Verify and compare all costs incurred, including receipts and payments made in cash and through the bank.
- Input data accurately into the FAST software system.
- Conduct regular checks and comparisons to ensure the accuracy of cash and bank balances.
- Prepare detailed reports on the balance amount in cash and bank, highlighting any discrepancies.
- Issue payment requests and VAT invoices for various fees associated with the building.
- Monitor and compare receivable and payable items such as Management Fee and Maintenance Fund.
- Generate and compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as required.
- Assist in other accounting tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree (majoring in Accounting is preferred)
- MS Office: Good
- English: Basic
