The Business Tribe supports the business by identifying TCB customer needs, both internally and externally, through development of products tailored to enrich customer experience throughout the lifecycle with TCB. The tribe designs and develops digital initiatives that maximizes value and ensures customer satisfaction, increasing customer portfolio through converting visitations to applications within a digital platform. Business tribe members are required to proactively research on market strategies, providing intelligence to the business and solve new and challenging problems.

The Senior Business Analyst - AML role is analyze and identify business problems and issues through data from internal and external sources and provides insights to key stakeholders and decision makers. It is crucial for the role to be able to identifies and interpret trends and patterns from datasets and construct forecast and recommendations based on market intelligence and business data. This role will be working closely with management team and tribe members in understanding business requirements and creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business requirements.

Business Intelligence

  • Gather market trend and internal data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendation and enhancements to business.
  • Develop informative and actionable reports that highlights business trends, forecasts and opportunities for improvement
  • Constantly keep up to date on technologies changes, trends movement and analyzes internal dataset to provide overall insights for stakeholders

Reporting and documentation

  • Understand business processes and translating business needs and requirements into document, process diagram and design wireframe to support on product development
  • Analyze, create, validate end to end business processes and detailing functional specifications for the applications
  • Suggest modifications and improvements to business process and framework for better efficiency
  • Participate in user testing and creates documentation and user manuals for business

Working with Stakeholders

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the firm to identify opportunities and process improvement by leveraging from the firm’s data to drive business solutions
  • Identify and communicate to stakeholders both in written and verbal on insights from both opportunity and obstacles perspectives through the market data gathered

Yêu cầu công việc

Domain Expertise

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in sizable financial institutions
  • Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business process
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change
  • Experience in working on multiple projects at one time
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools
  • Proven record in problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify effective solutions for complex problems

Agile/Digital Experience

  • Experience in Agile Development and/or has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices
  • Experience in supporting digital transformation
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients

  • Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
