RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial and management reporting (40%)

  • Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (when required)
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information for management reports
  • Prepare the Balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare month-end closing journal entries

Financial Planning and Analysis (20%)

  • Support Finance management in handling financial planning and analysis including but not limited to revenue, expenses, inventory and/or cash flow analysis
  • Provide insight/ recommendation to Finance management and/or stakeholders in unusual fluctuation of financial data

Audit and regulatory filings (20%)

  • Provide supports for Finance Manager and/or Chief Accountant in handling financial audits
  • Provide the reconciliation between internal management reports and audited financial statements and propose adjustment entries (where required)
  • Provide supports for Chief Accountant for tax filing reports

Finance system improvements (20%)

  • Support Finance management in delivering change/upgrade/improvements for financial systems
  • Support Finance management in establishment of finance reporting procedures including the financial reporting for subsidiaries when the Company expanded
  • Coordinate the change initiatives for Finance projects

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in medical and healthcare industry is preferred
  • Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues.
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually.
  • High responsibility in work
