Mô tả công việc

  • Collect input invoices and book all expenses in FAST software, control account payables.
  • Examine the reasonable validity of documents required (invoices, cash book, bank statement, agreement…)..
  • Issue output invoices, book revenue in FAST, control account receivables.
  • Make and control transactions by petty cash.
  • Prepare payments for suppliers and make bank transfer
  • Other duties as assignment(more detail will be discussed in the interview).​

WORKING TIME:08:00~17:00, Monday - Friday.

WORK ADDRESS:Pico Plaza, 20 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor/ degree in accounting
  • At least 2 years working in Accounting
  • Computer literacy
  • Careful and strong attention to detail
  • Hardworking, reliable, friendly, self-motivated
  • Being flexible and able to work independently but also in group
  • Can start to work asap.
  • Intermediate level in English.
