MyTeam is seeking anAccount Specialistto join our growing Servicing team.This is a heavy account management role responsible for communicating directly with clients to assist them with their needs. Whether tech support on our customers website, or an inquiry regarding one of their accounts, this position will function as the primary point of communication with our attorney and medical provider clients.MyTeam takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes outbound calls and answers high volume of inbound attorney and medical provider calls daily and obtains status and updates for settled and approved cases.
- Answers questions including account holder and balance inquiries, and provides customer access to attorneys as requested.
- Manages and records bills, and treatment balances.
- Creates demand and pay off letters and negotiates payments.
- Drafts correspondence including letters, emails and faxes as required.
- Delivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate communications.
- Develops rapport with the attorneys, firms, and medical providers.
- Achieves weekly volume targets and quarterly measurements to receive extra incentive awards.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred plus equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate international customers.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication skills. Previous experience with law firms, in account management, customer service or collections preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with personal injury, medical billing, custodian of records a plus.
- Negotiation skills a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with desire to build great relationships, and to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to multitask from application to application while on the phone and the computer is a must.
- Able to adapt to change and pivot easily between tasks.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle interactions with attorneys and medical providers.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
