Mô tả công việc

-Update the job vacancy and follow up approved headcount plan.

-Search and screen to select the most suitable candidates for team member and supervisor level.

-Contact candidates for pre-interview assessment and arrange interview with related incharge/Head of department.

-Assess candidates’ information, interview in first round andollow up with incharge/Head of department for interview, selection, and appointment with appropriate salary.

-Contact successful candidates to offer the job.

-Create talent pool, create all activities online/offline to attract the candidate.

-Maintain the latest and legalization in employees’ profile and input employee’s information in HR system.

-Manage the fingerprint machine system.

- Prepare Weekly Recruitment Follow Up Report.
