Mô tả công việc

- Seasonal staff for 6 months

- Ecus Customs report for vessel arrives Posco Yamato Port for both export + import vessel (ECUS port system)

- Make bidding + contract + payment for container at warehouse / barges & trucks for outside port shipment

- VAT invoice issuing for export shipment (Misa system)

- Make payments for logistics cost (ERP system)

- Coordinate to make the documents for bank negotiation (L/C shipment)

- Translate contract from English to Vietnamese

- In charge of export shipment in Posco Yamato Vina Port (bidding for vessel nomination, follow the shipment and make payment)

- Prepare SI, and bill of lading for export shipment in Posco Yamato Port

- Make bidding, contract and payment for scrap transportation

- Make debit note & Dept Reconcilliation for domestic sales

- Other assigments from manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate, major in International Logistics, International Economics or relevant fields.

- Have 01-02 years’ experience in relevant position

- Good skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel especially).

- Fluent in speaking English

- Self-motivated; Careful person; Dave a high sense of responsibility.
