仕事内容

*Job Description:
- Manage and check contracts of the Project Management Board, including Outsourced Service Contracts, Building Insurance Contracts, Maintenance Contracts, etc.
- Coordinate with the Legal team for checking contracts and perform online/offline submissions to obtain signatures from the legal representative and the company.
- Hand over the contract with full confirmation of both parties (the company and the supplier/partner) to the Accounting team, and record the soft/hard files.
- Ensure contract renewal
- Follow up on payments for each signed contract.
- Perform other administrative tasks (Bus and Taxi Reports, Cash Planning, ordering stationery, organizing Department’s parties and common activities, summarizing the team’s timekeeping for submitting to the HR Team)
- Support Meetings, Events, and handover tasks at projects.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.

仕事の要件

- English: Fluent
- Office Informatics: Good
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
