Commercial Operation Staff

仕事内容

* Job Descriptions:

- Check opening/ closing time of shopping center and tenants.

- Check daily operations of outsource services, tenant support, and customer service.

- Improve project value (Sales, Traffic, Safety, Cleanliness, equipment, operation...)

- Perform tasks related to the supervision and coordination of activities at SORA SC project (receive, classify, coordinate, and report information, update data on property, landscaping, hygiene, security, pests, customers, services...)

- Check quotations and submit contracts with reasonable quality and cost.

- Monitor, compile statistics, check supplies, equipment and replacement/backup equipment.

- Contact and coordinate with service providers to solve problems.
