Job description

- Greet/ assist residents and guests at the front desk
- Handle resident requests and complaints
- Support apartment handovers and registrations
- Guide policy compliance for repairs, construction
- Assist with building safety and security, respond to emergencies
- Organize meetings, manage documents and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Rotating shifts 8 hours from 7:00 – 21:00 daily including weekends and holidays, 1 day off/ week

- Age: 22-28 years old
