Mô tả công việc

● Recruiting new students for the school.

● Providing a premium customer service to parents.

● Consulting with parents on their children’s needs and the suitable courses.

● Carrying out essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations at the school as assigned by the Director.

● Supporting the teaching team to ensure students receive the best learning experience.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

● 43 hours/ week, Monday to Friday

● Successful candidate needs to be flexible and willing to help out when needed.

WORKING LOCATION:

PMH Campus - 44 Phan Khiem Ich Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.

Yêu cầu công việc

● College/University degree.

● Experience in customer service in the education sector is preferred.

● Ability to communicate clearly in English.

● Ability to be a team player.

● Ability to find and solve problems.

● Willingness to learn and adapt.

● Basic computer skills such as using Google Drive.
