Mô tả công việc

- Analize sketches and samples, understand customers requirement, guide the team to develop samples accordingly, and ensure the viability for bulk production. Verify pattern, do alternative, check the feasibility of method, and workmanship at pilot stage.
- Decide all technical specifications for the garment including the construction and operation sequence, and the machine, attachment and work methods to meet the customer’s expectation by taking all practical consideration into account.
- Coordinate and communicate with the customers on product related to fit construction, technical specifications, and raw material, etc. Clarify the requirements and recommend the best option to the customers.
- Coordinate and lead all meetings, follow up all pre-production activities to proactively identify and solve all technical and operational issues related to new product.
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and Production Manager on order inquiries, assess the feasibility of the product, advise on resource requirements (such as machines, attachments, and skills), and provide feedback to the Merchandising team on order acceptance.
Provide technical advice (sewing techniques, critical quality points, etc.) to relevant staff, resolve critical day to day operational and technical issues in coordination with the Production team to facilitate the smooth transition of the production process.
- Keep update of the developments/ trends in the garment manufacturing field related to technical areas, assess the feasibility of factory, and update the management on these developments/ trends.
- Review all relevant processes and suggest improvements to continuously enhance the process in the factory.
- Lead, direct and motivate the team, whilst monitoring team performance and providing feedback with the objective of ensuring that team capabilities meet present and future organizational requirements.
- Ensure that all relevant information is maintained accurately, and all required management reports and documents are prepared and submitted accurately and timely

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields
- Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process, Sewing Machines, General Sewing Data, Quality Standard
- Leadership skills, Coordination skills, Analytical Skills and Accuracy
- Time management Skills, Training skills, Sewing skills
- Process improvement
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in similar capacity
